What payment options are available?

We offer a wide range of payment methods that allow you to pay securely through our partner Mollie. You can find an overview of the payment methods at the bottom of the website or during checkout.
How can I request an invoice for my order?

When you enter your VAT number at checkout, you will receive the invoice directly by email and can also download it on the payment page. If you have not received your invoice, please email customerservice@atelierrebul.be with your order number and the required invoice details. Our customer service team will be happy to assist you.
How do I place an order?

To place an order, add the items you want to purchase to your shopping cart and proceed to checkout. You will be asked to provide your shipping and billing details and select a shipping method. Once you have reviewed your order, you can make your payment to complete your purchase.
When will my package be shipped?

Orders received before 10 p.m. are processed the same day. In exceptional cases and for gift box orders, processing may take an additional day.
What happens after I place an order?

After placing an order, you will automatically receive a confirmation email containing an overview of your order. As soon as the products are shipped, you will receive another email with the necessary tracking details, allowing you to track your order at any time.
How can I track my package?

As soon as your order is shipped, you will automatically receive an email. From this email, you can go directly to the tracking page for your package.
What should I do if my order doesn’t arrive or is damaged?

If you receive an order with missing, damaged, or incorrect items, please contact our customer service as soon as possible. We will do our best to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. We recommend taking photos of the box of the damaged package and the shipping label, as we almost always need them to process the damage claim properly.
