Information about ordering

What payment options are there?

We offer a number of payment options with which you can pay securely through our partner Mollie. An overview of the payment options can be found at the bottom of the website or during checkout.

How do I place an order?

To place an order, add the items you wish to purchase to your shopping cart and proceed to checkout. You will be prompted to provide your shipping and billing information and select a shipping method. Once you have viewed your order, you can make your payment to complete your purchase.

What happens after I have placed an order?

After you have placed an order, you will automatically receive a confirmation email with an overview of your order. As soon as the products are shipped, you will receive a new e-mail containing the necessary tracking information so that you can track your order at all times.

What should I do if my order does not arrive or is incorrect?

If you receive an order that is missing items, contains damaged items or is incorrect, please contact our customer service as soon as possible. We will do our best to solve the problem as soon as possible.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Unfortunately, once an order has been placed, we cannot change or cancel it. Please check your order before submitting to make sure it is correct.

How can I request an invoice for my order?

If you need an invoice for your purchase, you can easily request one. Send an email to with your order number and the details that should be included on the invoice. Our customer service team will ensure a quick handling of your request.

When will my package be shipped?

Orders received before 10 pm will be processed the same day. In exceptional cases and for orders of gift boxes, this may take an extra day.

How can I track my package?

As soon as your order is shipped, you will automatically receive an e-mail. Via this e-mail you can go directly to the tracking page of your package.

Is there free shipping?

That depends on your order value and where the package should be delivered. For shipments within the Benelux we offer this free of charge from € 50, below this amount € 5.95 shipping costs will be charged. For more information about shipping costs, please consult our shipping policy.
