What is Club Rebul and how do I join?
Club Rebul is our loyalty program. You earn points with every order and redeem them for discount vouchers. The more you spend, the higher your tier and the more points you receive per euro spent. Joining is free: create an account on our website and you will automatically earn points with every order.
What is the difference between my points and my tier?
They are two separate things. You redeem your points for discounts. Your tier—Iconic, Refined, or Supreme—depends on how much you spend and determines how many points you receive per euro spent.
Can my tier also go down?
Yes. If you do not make a purchase for a year, your tier will return to Iconic.
How do I earn points?
You receive points with every order, depending on your level. You can also earn points without making a purchase: on your birthday, by taking our fragrance quiz, by following us on social media, and by referring friends. You can find the full overview at the top of this page.
Do I earn points on discounted products?
Yes. You earn points on every order, including when the items are on promotion.
When will I receive my birthday points?
On your birthday, provided that your date of birth is entered in your account. If your birthday falls within 30 days of registering, you will receive the points 30 days after signing up.
How many points do I get for a referral?
You receive 100 points for every friend who places a first order through your personal link. Your friend also receives 100 points.
What can I do with my points?
You can redeem them for a discount voucher: 100 points for €5, 200 points for €10, 300 points for €15, and 400 points for €20. You can redeem your points using the Redeem points button on this page.
Can I use my discount code on all products?
Yes. Your discount voucher is valid on the entire range, including promotional items.
Can I combine my discount code with another offer?
Yes. You can use your Club Rebul voucher together with another discount code, such as the newsletter welcome discount.
How long is my discount code valid?
You can find the expiry date of each code in your rewards overview in your account. This is where you’ll find every voucher you have redeemed.
I can’t find my discount code, or it wasn’t applied.
Your code has not been lost. Here’s how to find it:
- Log in and click Club Rebul in the menu.
- Open your rewards overview.
- Copy your discount code and enter it at checkout.

Do my points expire?
Yes. Points remain valid for one year, counted from the time you earn them. Each batch of points therefore has its own expiration date. You can find it in your rewards overview.
What happens to my points if I return an item?
The points you earned with that order will be deducted again.
What happens if I delete my account?
Your points, level, and outstanding discount coupons will expire.
