Returns

Not satisfied? You can let us know up to 14 days after receiving your order, without giving a reason, that you wish to return your products.

Start a return easily from your account at atelierrebul.be/account, or by emailing customerservice@atelierrebul.be. We will then send you a return label. The cost of the return shipment is for your account and is deducted from your refund. For a standard shipment this is in principle €5.95.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it and in its original packaging. It may not show signs of use beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the product. If the product shows signs of damage or the original packaging is missing, we reserve the right to refuse the return.

Sealed products that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene cannot be returned once the seal has been broken after delivery.

Always keep the proof of shipment of your return until the refund has been fully processed. We need your proof of purchase to process it.

Cancelling before shipment

Has your order not been shipped yet? Then you can cancel it free of charge. Contact us as soon as possible via your account or at customerservice@atelierrebul.be, and we will stop the shipment and refund the full amount.

Refund

Once your return has been received and checked, we will let you know whether the refund has been approved. If approved, we refund within 14 days via your original payment method. You receive all payments you made for the purchase, including the standard delivery costs. Any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the standard option offered are not refunded. We do not charge any fees for the refund itself. We may withhold the refund until we have received the products or until you have provided proof that they have been shipped.

Refund not received yet?

First check your bank account again. Then contact your card issuer or bank, as a refund often takes a few days to process. If you still have not received anything after these steps, email customerservice@atelierrebul.be.

Right of withdrawal (legal information)

As a consumer, you have the legal right to withdraw from an online purchase within 14 days of receiving the products, without giving a reason.

To exercise this right, inform us by an unequivocal statement (for example by email or by post) that you wish to withdraw from the purchase. You may also use the statutory model withdrawal form, but this is not mandatory. A return or cancellation request via your account also counts as such a statement.

Send the products back to us without undue delay and no later than 14 days after your withdrawal. The direct cost of returning the products is for your account. If you notify us of your withdrawal later than 14 days after receiving the products, we unfortunately can no longer accept it.
