Refund policy
Right of Withdrawal
Have you purchased your products online as a consumer? If so, you have the right to return the products within 30 days of receiving your order without giving any reason, by exercising your right of withdrawal. This 30-day return policy goes beyond your statutory right of 14 days as a consumer for an online purchase.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from the purchase by means of an unequivocal statement (for example by post or by email). You may also use our model withdrawal form for this purpose.
To return your product, a return label will be provided by us. You are responsible for the direct costs of returning the goods. The cost of a return label will be charged and, in principle, amounts to €5.95 for standard returns.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since the day on which you or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier) physically received the goods, we can unfortunately no longer offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and show no signs of use beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods. If the product shows signs of damage or is not returned in its original packaging, we reserve the right to refuse the return.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Always keep the shipping receipt of your return until your return has been fully processed.
Sealed products that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene and whose seal has been broken after delivery cannot be returned.
Refunds
If you withdraw from the purchase, you will receive a refund of all payments you have made up to that point, including delivery costs (with the exception of any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the standard delivery offered). This will in principle take place within 14 days after we have been informed of your decision to exercise your right of withdrawal. No fees will be charged for the refund. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have provided evidence that the goods have been sent.
You must return the goods without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days after exercising your right of withdrawal. Once your return has been received and inspected, we will inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you have not yet received a refund, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
