Have you changed your mind or are you not satisfied with your order? Then you have the right to return the products up to 90 days after receipt of your order. The cost price for a return label is charged and amounts to €5.95.
Our policy lasts 90 days. Unfortunately, if 90 days have passed since your order arrived, we are unable to offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and show no signs of use. If the product shows signs of damage and is not in the original packaging, we reserve the right to refuse the return.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a specified number of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you have not yet received a refund, please check your bank account again.
Please contact your credit card company, it may take a while before your refund is officially transferred.
Then contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Items in discount
Only regular priced items can be refunded, unfortunately discounted items cannot be refunded.
To return your product, we will provide a return label.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
