What payment options are available?

We offer a variety of payment options that allow you to pay securely through our partner Mollie. An overview of the payment options can be found at the bottom of the website or during checkout.
How can I request an invoice for my order?

When you enter your VAT number at checkout, you will receive the invoice immediately by email and you can also download it on the payment page. If you do not receive your invoice, please send an email to customerservice@atelierrebul.be with your order number and the desired invoice details. Our customer service team will be happy to assist you.
How do I place an order?

To place an order, add the items you want to buy to your shopping cart and proceed to checkout. You will be asked to provide your shipping and billing information and select a shipping method. Once you have reviewed your order, you can make your payment to complete your purchase.
When will my package be shipped?

Orders placed before 10 PM are processed the same day. In exceptional cases and for orders of gift boxes, it may take an extra day.

After you have placed an order, you will automatically receive a confirmation email containing an overview of your order. Once the products are shipped, you will receive a new email with the necessary tracking information, so you can track your order at any time.
