What payment methods are available?

How can I request an invoice for my order?

When you enter your VAT number at checkout, you’ll receive the invoice directly by email and can also download it from the payment page. If you haven’t received your invoice, please email customerservice@atelierrebul.be with your order number and the billing details you need. Our customer service team will be happy to help.

How do I place an order?

To place an order, add the items you want to buy to your shopping cart and proceed to checkout. You’ll be asked to provide your shipping and billing information and select a shipping method. Once you’ve reviewed your order, you can make your payment to complete your purchase.

When will my package be shipped?

Orders received before 10 p.m. are processed the same day. In exceptional cases and for orders of gift boxes, this may take an extra day.

What happens after I place an order?

After placing an order, you will automatically receive a confirmation email with an overview of your order. Once the products are shipped, you will receive another email with the necessary tracking details, so you can track your order at any time.

How can I track my package?

As soon as your order is shipped, you will automatically receive an email notification. You can go directly to your package’s tracking page through this email.

That depends on your order value and where the package needs to be delivered. For shipments within the Benelux, we offer free shipping on orders over €50. Below this amount, a shipping fee of €5.95 is charged. For more information about shipping costs, please refer to our shipping policy.
