Your personal data are collected and processed by Atelier Rebul Benelux BV, a private limited liability company governed by Belgian law, with its registered office at B-3560 Lummen, Bosstraat 69, Belgium, and registered with the Crossroads Bank for Enterprises under number 0672.632.543.

Atelier Rebul Benelux operates in the retail and wholesale of cosmetics, perfumery, toiletries and other (household) products and related services, both for consumers and professional customers.

Which personal data do we collect?

Atelier Rebul Benelux collects and processes the personal data necessary for the execution of its activities (for example, to deliver products, for customer management and feedback, etc.).

  • Personal data you provide to us: for example your name, address, email address, telephone number when you enter this information in the contact form and any additional information resulting from the purchase of services.

Atelier Rebul Benelux does not, in principle, process sensitive personal data within the meaning of the GDPR Regulation.

Source of the personal data

Atelier Rebul Benelux primarily obtains the personal data it processes directly from the data subjects themselves, through your visit to our websites or mobile apps and more generally through any interaction with Atelier Rebul Benelux. Children may only use our services from the age of thirteen (13) and under the supervision of their parents.

Atelier Rebul Benelux also collects personal data through business partners and suppliers.

We never misuse this data and use it only to better assist you.

Legal basis

Personal data are stored on secure servers owned by Atelier Rebul Benelux or on secure servers of third parties. Klar! Insights - Attribution

We use the services of Klar Insights GmbH, Marktstr. 18, 80802 Munich, Germany, a SaaS provider for business intelligence solutions for eCommerce companies. Klar Insights GmbH collects, processes, and stores data (user and session IDs, IP address, online identifiers (cookie ID, device ID)) on this website and its subpages for reach measurement and statistical analysis on our behalf. For this purpose, we have concluded a data processing agreement with Klar Insights GmbH.
