    How to use

    Stap 1

    Make sure your skin is clean and dry before applying your perfume. This helps the scent last longer and smell better.

    Stap 2

    Extra tip: apply lotion or moisturizer to your skin to lock in moisture and create a smooth base for the fragrance to adhere to. This ensures a longer-lasting scent experience.

    Stap 3

    Then apply your perfume to your wrists, neck, behind your ears, and/or the inside of your elbows. Make sure to dab the perfume instead of rubbing it, as rubbing can change the scent.

    What payment options are available?

    How can I request an invoice for my order?

    When you enter your VAT number at checkout, you will receive the invoice immediately by email and can also download it on the payment page. If you do not receive your invoice, please send an email to customerservice@atelierrebul.be with your order number and the desired invoice details.     How do I place an order?

    To place an order, add the items you want to buy to your shopping cart and proceed to checkout. You will be asked to provide your shipping and billing information and select a shipping method. Once you have reviewed your order, you can make your payment to complete your purchase.
    When will my package be shipped?

    Orders placed before 10 PM are processed the same day. In exceptional cases and for gift box orders, it may take an extra day.
    What happens after I have placed an order?

    After you place an order, you will automatically receive a confirmation email containing an overview of your order. Once the products are shipped, you will receive a new email with the necessary tracking information, so you can track your order at any time.
    How can I track my package?

    As soon as your order is shipped, you will automatically receive an email about it. Through this email, you can go directly to the tracking page of your package.
    What should I do if my order does not arrive or is damaged?

    If you receive an order with missing, damaged, or incorrect items, please contact our customer service as soon as possible. We will do our best to resolve the issue promptly. It is advisable to take photos of the damaged package's box and the shipping label, as we almost always need these to properly handle the damage process.

    Once an order has been placed, we unfortunately cannot change or cancel it. Please check your order before submitting it to ensure everything is correct.
    Is there free shipping?

    That depends on your order value and where the package needs to be delivered. For shipments within the Benelux, we offer free shipping from €50; below this amount, a shipping fee of €5.95 will be charged. For more information about shipping costs, you can consult our shipping policy.
