    How can I request an invoice for my order?

    When you enter your VAT number at checkout, you will receive the invoice directly by email and you can also download it on the payment page.     Thanks to the packaging, the quality is preserved for a long time. If the texture or smell changes, it may be a sign that the soap is no longer optimal.
    When will my package be shipped?

    Orders placed before 10 PM will be processed the same day. In exceptional cases and for gift box orders, it may take an extra day.
