Ik heb het als cadeautje gegeven aan mijn zus die er al heel lovend over gesproken heeft. De handzeep had ikzelf al een tijdje geleden gekocht en telkens er iemand gebruik van heeft gemaakt vragen ze waar ik hem heb gekocht omdat de geur echt zalig is . Uiteraard is het product zacht voor de huid.

Ik ben gek op jullie producten. Het enige waar ik mij over op kan winden is als ik op de korting button druk en jullie platform beloofd een kortingscode naar mijn e-mail te sturen komt die nooit aan. Ik heb vorige week voor 500€ gekocht en nu koop ik weer voor 184€ maar weer niet de beloofde korting. What payment options are available?

We offer a variety of payment options that allow you to check out securely through our partner Mollie. An overview of the payment options can be found at the bottom of the website or during checkout.
How can I request an invoice for my order?

When you enter your VAT number at checkout, you will receive the invoice directly by email and you can also download it on the payment page. If you unexpectedly have not received your invoice, please send an email to customerservice@atelierrebul.be with your order number and the desired invoice details. Our customer service team is happy to assist you.
How do I place an order?

To place an order, you add the items you want to buy to your shopping cart and proceed to checkout. You will be asked to provide your shipping and billing information and select a shipping method. Once you have reviewed your order, you can make your payment to complete your purchase.
When will my package be shipped?

Orders placed before 10 PM will be processed the same day. In exceptional cases and for gift box orders, it may take an extra day.
What happens after I have placed an order?

After you have placed an order, you will automatically receive a confirmation email containing an overview of your order. As soon as the products are shipped, you will receive a new email with the necessary tracking information, so you can track your order at any time.
