What makes Atelier Rebul's Eau de Parfum unique?

The perfumes of Atelier Rebul are crafted with a high concentration of carefully selected scents, ensuring a long-lasting and refined fragrance experience. Each perfume has a complex composition, with top notes that immediately stand out, heart notes that form the character, and deep base notes that linger for a long time. This makes the perfumes perfect to enhance your personal style and identity.

How can I request an invoice for my order?

When you enter your VAT number at checkout, you will receive the invoice immediately by email and you can also download it on the payment page. If you do not receive your invoice, please send an email to customerservice@atelierrebul.be with your order number and the desired invoice details. Our customer service team will be happy to assist you.

How do I apply Eau de Parfum correctly?

Apply the perfume to the pulse points of your body, such as the wrists, behind the ears, the neck, and the inside of your elbows. These warm spots help the scent to subtly release throughout the day. For an optimal effect, you can first apply our hand and body lotion so that the scent lasts longer. Preferably do not spray directly on clothing or other textiles to avoid stains.

When will my package be shipped?

Orders placed before 10 PM are processed the same day. In exceptional cases and for orders of gift boxes, it may take an extra day.

Does Eau de Parfum have an expiration date?

Although perfumes do not have a strict expiration date, the scent can change due to exposure to heat, light, and air. Store your perfume in a cool, dry place, preferably in the original packaging, to preserve the quality. Generally, Eau de Parfum remains optimal for 3-5 years.

How can I track my package?

As soon as your order is shipped, you will automatically receive an email about it. Through this email, you can go directly to the tracking page of your package.

What should I do if my order does not arrive or is damaged?

If you receive an order in which items are missing, damaged, or incorrect, please contact our customer service as soon as possible. We will do our best to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. It is advisable to take photos of the box of the damaged package and the shipping label, as we almost always need these to properly handle the damage process.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Once an order has been placed, unfortunately we can no longer change or cancel it. Please check your order before submitting it to ensure that everything is correct.

Is there free shipping?

That depends on your order value and where the package needs to be delivered. For shipments within the Benelux, we offer free shipping from €50, below this amount a shipping fee of €5.95 will be charged. For more information about shipping costs, you can consult our shipping policy.
