    What payment options are available?

    How can I request an invoice for my order?

    How do I place an order?

    To place an order, add the items you want to buy to your shopping cart and proceed to checkout. You will be asked to provide your shipping and billing information and select a shipping method. Once you have reviewed your order, you can make your payment to complete your purchase.
    When will my package be shipped?

    Orders placed before 10 PM are processed the same day. In exceptional cases and for orders of gift boxes, it may take an extra day.
    What happens after I have placed an order?

    After you have placed an order, you will automatically receive a confirmation email containing an overview of your order. As soon as the products are shipped, you will receive a new email with the necessary tracking information, so you can track your order at any time.
    How can I track my package?

    As soon as your order is shipped, you will automatically receive an email about it. Through this email, you can go directly to the tracking page of your package.
    What should I do if my order does not arrive or is damaged?

    That depends on your order value and where the package needs to be delivered. For shipments within the Benelux, we offer this for free from €50, below this amount a shipping cost of €5.95 will be charged. For more information about shipping costs, you can consult our shipping policy.
