Découvert chez Waer Water, complétement fan de l'odeur d'Istanbul. Le chéri a aussi craqué et n'utilise plus que celui là comme gel douche. On a aussi découvert Bosphorus par après et on est également fan. Non seulement ils sentent divinement bon mais en plus l'odeur tient vraiment bien. Tellement réconfortant comme odeur, c'est comme un petit cocon tout doux.

J’ai acheté trois gels douche lors du Black Friday, mais je me suis trompée de gamme car j’ai commandé sur mon téléphone et je ne voyais pas bien, j’ai pris Bosphorus au lieu d’Istanbul. J’ai immédiatement demandé un échange standard au customer service, refusé de votre part : la seule option proposée, un retour. Au final : j’ai perdu 6 € pour l’étiquette de retour. De votre côté, vous perdez un client, ainsi que potentiellement trois nouveaux clients car je comptais offrir les gels à ma famille en cadeau. Refuser un simple échange pour des produits neufs et non utilisés n’est pas très judicieux commercialement. Tout le monde y perd, inutilement. C’est dommage.

Our shower gel cleans deeply while keeping the skin hydrated. With ingredients like glycerin, aloe vera, and panthenol, the gel provides a gentle yet effective cleansing.
How can I request an invoice for my order?

When you enter your VAT number at checkout, you will receive the invoice directly by email and you can also download it on the payment page. If you unexpectedly have not received your invoice, please send an email to customerservice@atelierrebul.be with your order number and the desired invoice details. Yes, the mild formula is suitable for all skin types, including sensitive skin. It maintains the skin's moisture balance and does not cause irritation.
When will my package be shipped?

Orders placed before 10 PM will be processed the same day. In exceptional cases and for gift box orders, it may take an extra day.
