How to use

Stap 1

Straighten the wick before lighting the candle. Never place the candle on or near objects that can catch fire.

Stap 2

Trim the wick to about 5 mm before each lighting and remove the charred end of the wick. This prevents black smoke and soot formation and ensures a clean, even burn.

Stap 3

It is recommended not to burn the candle for more than 3-4 hours at a time.

Stap 4

Tip: When burning for the first time, let the entire top layer of the candle melt away.

Het product is heerlijk & Kwalitatief hoogwaardig. Maar wat een domper dat na 1 dag van aankoop er “ineens” 20 procent korting met BLACK FRIDAY werd gegeven. Dat verwacht je niet bij dit prachtige label. Ook de reactie van de klantenservice vond ik niet positief. Het is de toon dat de muziek maak. Naast de prettige geurbeleving is mijn klantbeleving van het merk een “dubbel” en onprettig gevoel.

Beste, deze kaarsjes zijn nog gloednieuw dus nog de geur niet kunnen ervaren. Maar deze zullen wel top zijn! Toen we de verpakking openden kwam ons al een heerlijke geur tegemoet. Één minpuntje misschien is dat deze kaarsen niet in grotere hoeveelheid te verkrijgen zijn? Is omdat wij in een grote ruimte leven en deze moeilijk gevuld krijgen met dit formaat van kaarsen. Voor de rest niks dan lof op de voorgaande ervaringen van jullie kaarsen. Keep up the good job 👍🏼

What are scented candles?

Scented candles combine atmospheric lighting with refined fragrances that enrich your home and create a warm, inviting atmosphere. Our candles are made from plant-based soy wax and have a cotton wick for a clean and even burn.

How can I request an invoice for my order?

When you enter your VAT number at checkout, you will receive the invoice directly by email and you can also download it on the payment page. If you unexpectedly have not received your invoice, please send an email to customerservice@atelierrebul.be with your order number and the desired invoice details. Our customer service team is happy to assist you.

How do I correctly burn a scented candle?

Trim the wick to 5 mm before lighting the candle to minimize smoke. Allow the candle to burn long enough during the first use until the top layer is completely melted so that the wax can be evenly distributed. Place the candle on a heat-resistant surface, away from drafts and flammable materials, and do not let the candle burn for more than 3-4 hours at a time.

When will my package be shipped?

Orders placed before 10 PM will be processed the same day. In exceptional cases and for gift box orders, it may take an extra day.

Are the candles safe for use in small spaces?

Yes, thanks to the clean burning of the vegetable wax and the cotton wick. However, always follow the safety guidelines and never leave a burning candle unattended.

How can I track my package?

As soon as your order is shipped, you will automatically receive an email about it. Through this email, you can go directly to the tracking page of your package.

What should I do if my order does not arrive or is damaged?

If you receive an order that is missing items, damaged, or incorrect, please contact our customer service as soon as possible. We will do our best to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. It is advisable to take photos of the box of the damaged package and the shipping label, as we almost always need these to properly handle the damage process.
