How to use

Stap 1

Straighten the wick before lighting the candle. Never place the candle on or near objects that can catch fire.

Stap 2

Before each burn, trim the wick to approximately 5 mm and remove the charred end. This prevents black smoke and soot buildup and ensures a clean, even burn.

Stap 3

It is recommended not to burn the candle for longer than 3-4 hours at a time.

Stap 4

Tip: When burning the candle for the first time, let the entire top layer melt.

What are scented candles?

Scented candles combine atmospheric lighting with refined fragrances that enrich your home and create a warm, inviting ambiance. Our candles are made from plant-based soy wax and feature a cotton wick for a clean, even burn.

How can I request an invoice for my order?

When you enter your VAT number at checkout, you will receive the invoice directly by email and can also download it on the payment page. If you have not received your invoice, please email customerservice@atelierrebul.be with your order number and the required invoice details. Our customer service team will be happy to assist you.

How do I burn a scented candle correctly?

Trim the wick to 5 mm before lighting the candle to minimize smoke. During the first use, let the candle burn long enough for the top layer to melt completely so the wax can be distributed evenly. Place the candle on a heat-resistant surface, away from drafts and flammable materials, and do not let the candle burn for longer than 3-4 hours at a time.

When will my package be shipped?

Orders received before 10 p.m. are processed the same day. In exceptional cases and for gift box orders, processing may take an additional day.

Are the candles safe to use in small spaces?

Yes, thanks to the clean burning of the vegetable wax and cotton wick. However, always follow the safety guidelines and never leave a burning candle unattended.

How can I track my package?

As soon as your order is shipped, you will automatically receive an email. From this email, you can go directly to the tracking page for your package.

What should I do if my order doesn’t arrive or is damaged?

If you receive an order with missing, damaged, or incorrect items, please contact our customer service as soon as possible. We will do our best to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. We recommend taking photos of the box of the damaged package and the shipping label, as we almost always need them to process the damage claim properly.
