Scent sticks are a stylish and maintenance-free way to fill any space with a refined fragrance for a long time. The high-quality rattan sticks absorb the perfumed oil from the glass diffuser and subtly and evenly disperse it into the air. They serve both as a scent diffuser and a decorative element.

When you enter your VAT number at checkout, you will receive the invoice immediately by email and you can also download it on the payment page. Place the rattan sticks in the glass diffuser with the scented oil. The sticks absorb the oil and continuously spread the fragrance in the room. To increase the scent intensity, you can turn the sticks weekly. Note: frequent turning can shorten the lifespan of the oil. The intensity of the scent sticks is also partly determined by the number of sticks you use. The fewer sticks you use, the less intense the scent. Also, the contents of your diffuser will last longer when you use fewer sticks.

Orders received before 10 PM are processed the same day. In exceptional cases and for orders of gift boxes, it may take an extra day.

The lifespan depends on factors such as the contents, temperature, and humidity, but on average they spread their scent for up to 6 weeks. For an optimal fragrance experience, turn the sticks no more than once a week and place the diffuser out of direct sunlight, not in a draft, and not near a heating element. The number of sticks you use also affects the durability. The more sticks you put in the diffuser, the faster you need to refill the contents.

As soon as your order is shipped, you will automatically receive an email about it. Through this email, you can go directly to the tracking page of your package.

If you receive an order in which items are missing, damaged, or incorrect, please contact our customer service as soon as possible. We will do our best to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. It is advisable to take photos of the box of the damaged package and the shipping label, as we almost always need these to properly handle the damage process.

Once an order has been placed, unfortunately we can no longer change or cancel it. Please check your order before submitting it to ensure that everything is correct.
